Consumption of milk protects the heart

Moderate milk consumption is good for health – it protects the heart. This is argued by British experts that a healthier diet can reduce the risk of heart attack.

One of the benefits of milk is that it lowers the risk of cardiovascular problems. Scientists have shown that people who consume more than two servings of 244-gallon full-fat dairy products, mostly fresh and yoghurt, have a healthier heart. It is important to specify that cheese and cream should not be eaten frequently because they are more harmful to the body.

Dairy products have a large amount of saturated fat. And they increase the risk of heart attack because their elevated level increases blood cholesterol.

Those who have higher cholesterol have received it because of their unhealthy diets such as butter, cakes, pastries, biscuits, fat, sausages, bacon, cheese, cream, chocolate and ice cream.

According to UK physicians’ recommendations, men between the ages of 19 and 64 should not consume more than 30 grams of saturated fat a day, while women – up to 20 years old

Coronary heart disease is one of the leading causes of heart attack. The main vessels supplying the body with blood are clogged with cholesterol plaques. One is released, and then a thrombus is formed that can block the blood supply to the heart and even cause a heart attack.
