Forget myths and drink milk!

Do adults need milk?

Does milk harm people suffering from diabetes and heart disease?

No! Milk is safe for people suffering from diabetes or cardiovascular disease. Cholesterol and fat in it are not harmful. Unless you have been advised by a doctor not to take milk, you can drink quietly, just miss the sugar.

Boiled or raw? How is milk better to be taken?

This depends entirely on your personal taste and whether you take it alone or in combination with other foods and beverages.
