Coconut is unquestionably having a minute, so it’s no big surprise that coconut spread made our rundown. It isn’t as smooth and spreadable as other nut margarines; the surface is grainier, and the oil isolates and ascends to the best. (It’s effectively re-consolidated however; basically warm the entire container in a little skillet of high temp water and blend.) But it is rich, marginally sweet, delicious, thus fulfilling.
