Midsection Feel-Good Smoothie

Fixings
2 mugs diced crisp pineapple
2 mugs stripped and diced crisp papaya
1 medium ready banana
1½ mugs coconut water
1 tablespoon crisp lime juice
½ teaspoon stripped and minced crisp ginger
1 teaspoon aloe juice
Squeeze of sea salt
Strategy
Consolidate every one of the fixings in a blender. Beginning on low speed, gradually increment the speed to high and mix the fixings together until smooth, around 45 seconds.
